Fairy Nails!

Hi! I just finished a 6 hour garage sale and am wiped out! But I still have a post for you! This is pure ice platinum, a frosty silver that I picked up for stamping but it turned out too sheer, so I did three coats here, I do not think you can find it at walmart anymore, but you may. For the glitter, I used another pure ice polish in spitfire which is somewhat like OPI Teenage Dream but a bit more sheer. The gradient process is the same as the one in this post, a tut is coming soon! Anyway, I finally figured out how to take macros! Let me know how you like them!

New title! And a post!

Hello all! Today I am feeling quite silly :P (see!) And my manicure is likewise! This is two coats of Barrielle nail rebuilding protien and three coats of Nina Ultra Pro "Leaf me alone" a squishy green jelly, and then one "coat" of Lush Lacquer Slime Time, which I adore! The reason why I put coat in quotations is because it is not applied like a regular polish, you have to push it around so the squares don't all clump up.
The nina can be purchased at sally's for around four dollars, I talked about it here. It is one of the amazing jellies that is forgotten :( And the Lush Lacquer Slime Time is an indie polish that you can purchase off of etsy here.
This mani wore like iron for almost four days! WOW!

Happy Floam!

Today's manicure I loved but it lasted about 3 hours :P
I started off with a new shape, pointy! I was inspired by the new trend especially on Lady GaGa (even though I don't like her) but mine were far too short to make them almond :( So I settled on pointy and short!
I have had issues with Seche Vite shrinking on me because I am waiting too long to apply it so I applied the polish then a slow-dry topcoat from rimmell then seche vite. It seemed to work pretty well until about 1 hour later. I noticed that the polish had completely slid off! Nothing left on my nail at all! All the other ones were still dentable about 3 hours later, so it came off immediately! I did love the color combo, though. The base was three coats of Revlon Passion Fruit (it smells amazing!) with one coat of Nail-venturous floam. Floam has flat, not reflective glitter yellow and green shades, I was lucky enough to be able to get my hands on this from Ninjapolish! Onto the pictures!

Hello! I have missed you guise! :)

Hello all!! I have missed blogging :( I have been suuuper busy, but luckily, school is out. You should be expecting regular posts now! Today I am wearing Nina Ultra pro in purple-x-ing, maybe perplexing I dunno what they were going for..:P Anyway, this is a fine purple glitter with holo purple hexes in a purple jelly base, a breeze to apply. I barely needed any clean-up. This I picked up a sally's the other day with 'Like butta' and 'Leaf me alone' a green jelly! Yay! *squish squish* Here are the pictures, I intentionally blurred a few so you could see the holo. And all taken in sunlight!

Lookie what I got in the mail!!!

Hello all! I have been super busy for the last few days! But in the mean time, guess what finally came to me?!?!
CONNECT THE DOTS AHHHHH! Man, this girl has been mia for about.....8 weeks!L.L has a really inventive way of sending polishes out! Very confusing alphabet order :P
I have seen it layered over light colors and it looks amazing! It does really look better over creams.
I decided to layer it over Orly Snowcone from the Sweet Spring collection.

GLITTER BOMB!

Hello all! Today's mani is an unnamed glitter polish that I got from ross for 1.99! It is from cosmetic arts, and I am loving it! For this picture I did three coats. At one coat it dragged a little bit, at two coats it was ok, with a few bald spots and at three WHAM!

MOTD Borghese Fantastico Lime and Sally Hansen In the Spotlight!

Hello All! Today is an awfulllyyy bubbly polish, a devil spawn, looks gorgeous from far away, but when up close, reveals it's evil alter ego :) Sorry, I felt like being dramatic there! Anyway, this polish I got a long time ago, it is from the Fantastioso collection and bubbles like heck! To attempt to hide the bubbles I put Sally Hansen Xtreme wear in, In the Spotlight on top, it didn't do much, but it covered a few. I know what controversy bar glitter, aka hair brings up, I personally love it, how do you feel about it? I tried photoshopping out the bubbles, but it was to no avail! Thanks for tuning in today!
Oh! And as you can see, I have added a discreet watermark, do you like it?

MOTD Sorry for such a late post!

Hello All!
I have been sick the past few days, so pleasee forgive my brief post :) Today is Spoiled Ants in My Pants, man, this glitter was a pain in the rear to clean up! I got way too big of a clean up gap on my middle finger, and yes, it was just as much of a pain to remove. I am a member on MUA and they introduced me to the 'foil method' If you are wondering what that is, I will have a post soon on that! I also feel like complaining about spoiled's brushes, if my house flooded that would be the polish I would grab to row my boat with, I also mourn for the beavers who lost their tail! :P Oh! And doxieil, the gradient tutorial is coming soon! Sorry for the awful lighting, this was at night! I made myself a light box today, it turned out great! Can't wait to use it for my next post!

MOTD Glitter Gradient

Hello all! Today I have a glitter gradient using Nubar Night Sparkle and Wet n Wild black cream (we are talking holy grail status here!) This was my first gradient, and I was actually surprised at how easy it was! You simply take a regular makeup sponge, the wedge kind, then put the gradient color of choice on the edge of the sponge and dab dab dab all the way down to about 3/4 of your nail and..... voila!  Instant chic!
This glitter is one of the smoothest glitters out there! And it wears like iron! And don't get me started on WnW (wet n wild) black creme! It is a one coat, .99 cent polish, and it also wears like iron! Onto the pictures:
